No flight booked yet. Should know a little better what's going on later today.

Yes they are pricey. We do know they work well. Nelson put one in an offroad/street legal 6,000 lb. truck with a 1,750 hp 427. There is a video of it driving around Chatsworth. We had thought about getting one of those for the Firebird but just like you said they are just too expensive.

MrCamaro posted one a while back that had a 27,000 price tag... uhhh, no...

Lenko actually builds a street version rated for 1200 + hp, and it's supposed to be somewhat affordable compared to their premier race lines... It would be fun... for a while...

I'm still going to try to get my current tranny working right before going off the deep end...

If I am not mistaken, the sequential used in the truck was around $11K.

Well if I recall, you were gonna sell a high dollar Harley to help finance your new addiction, did you keep the bike? Don't kid yourself, you know it would be fun, but yeah, rich mans toy.

Deals come around every so often, found an old 4+3 GM Racing sequential box for $2500... No I didn't and yes I'm kicking myself.

My wife talked me into not selling it.... so, it's still in my shop... can't ride it right now with my knee in the shape it's in...

Hope everything goes good with your knee. Let me know when you get the car up and running for the track. Maybe we can line up our cars side by side and race till the end of the 1/4. Turn the wick up allready!
