Quick supercharger question
Allright, I might have the opportunity to get a '78 Chevy 400 as well as a Supercharger off of a '73 350. I was wondering if I would be able to put the supercharger on the 400, I would think I should but just wanted to verify.

is the 400 a BBC or SBC? does the supercharger come with the intake manifold? what type of s/c is it?
it might fit. depending on what all you are getting.

The 400 is a sbc, the 396/402's were bbc's.
It'll fit. |

if u come across another one make sure u verify the compression of the 400 first as u want low compression unless ur running aluminum heads.
