Wheels, hood, spoiler and grille go to SLP. Hell, I guess that means I think that the whole car looks better than the GM car. lol

I think the GM one looks much better. Just wish that GM used the heritage grill. Also i dont think it will cost nearly as much as the SLP.

Well if you had said zl585 then this would've been a tougher match. Despite my gripes with this new chevy's theme (and its possible upstaging from slp), appearance wise I have to give Chevy the win on this one. SLP's ZL looks really tough, but Chevy's trim selections look more seamless and complimenting of each other.
Add to it (I may be a minority voice on this one) I am not a fan of the heritage grille. This grille, matched with the overbearing slp hood (which I personally like) makes the slp's version look busy and front heavy for my taste. That's my op on this appearance match-up.

the SLP is cool, but it's just a cobbling together of pre-existing after-market parts thown together and given a ZL badge. The ZL1 from GM is all new, all from the factory and all GM! GM FTW!!!

SLP - The Heritage Grill and Wheels look better.
LZ1 - Hood, Lower front fascia, nicer rear spoiler and much better interior. Chevy wins in my book. I can change the grill and wheels latter if I want.

As much respect as I have for SLP, GM's ZL1 is my preference. Most of the parts on SLP's package appear to be bolt-on aftermarket parts. I'd rather see the top dog have a certain level of independence from lower trims by wearing parts all its own.

GM Version. That particular SLP hood is starting to look "old" and dated to me. I liked it for awhile, and when RAM AIR was the in thing it made sense. Not these days with the Eaton puffer. Not much I'd change on the ZL1. I think I'd like to have seen rear brake cooling gills be slightly more aggressive looking. Gets an A in my book. Now I want one in my garage.
