Wheel Cleaning!
I just got new tires and that sticky crap they put on the rim of the tire to slide your tire over the rim is all over! Its just a grease that is a bear to get off. They used wayyyy to much and its still around the seems of the rim and tire where they meet. How can I get this crap off. I want to dip my rims but I want this stuff off before hand. What is best stuff to use?

Simple Green, cold water, and a soft bristled brush should work.

APCs like simple green or other detailing APCs sometimes don't work very well on adhesive. Goo gone/3M adhesive remover with a blue shop towel is what I would use first and if that doesn't work, let us know
