My HVAC fan squeaks too. I replaced my cabin filter today and noticed the fan is easy to access once the filter is removed. Do you think a quick shot of WD-40 (or something similar) to the fan bearing will remove the squeak?

Same problem here, I just turn the radio up louder when it decides to squeak.

im glad i looked at this forum because i was about to take it in to have it replaced, mine only does it at lower speeds... i just bought the car last week used and dont want to give it to a dealer just yet lol. has anybody got it replaced and it stay fixed or does it break again soon. i feel the same way i work on cars (Body&Paint work) and wen you take something apart it seems like something else goes wrong when your done. i could fix it myself to maybe see why it keeps happening but i feel they should take care of it. if there is any new info on this subject like a permanent solution let me know other wise good luck to everyone with this problem

I also have this issue now. Heading into the dealership Thursday. Is there a TSB for this?
