Still 1100 status

If your dealer doesn't place this order, this is a
situation that the factory may just pick up the order
without the dealer doing anything. Let's check
again on Tues AM and if nothing then next Thurs AM.

I truly believe it will get picked up soon

yeah I know they are making them, I just wish it weren't so difficult in getting mine in the system. I just received word from another area sales manager, who I was talking with, and he was saying they are only building 74 1LE's nationally. He has allocations for camaro's, but none were for the 1LE. I'm not sure what to do, but this is not good.
Glad some people are able to get there's however. Hopefully it won't be too long. I hope !

I'm beginning to think I may have been! I'll be posting updates as I get them. I have my fingers crossed that I could possibly take delivery before April 1.

Hey ShiftGreen I feel your frustration, I started this process in Dec and still waiting for my order to be picked up and my dealer is saying that I could have to wait for the 2015 model if the constraints aren't lifted.
Have to say I'm freaking out about that comment, I'm about to try a different dealership but I have a feeling it's not going to help.

There's no way a dealer out of allocation would lie and hold on to your order hoping something opened up for him, is there?

I'm calling around still. Im not sure if he meant 74 1LE allocations nationally for the year or for the week.
There are plenty on the lot, but I had my hopes on ordering. It would be nice if GM could give an explanation on this however.

I'm deff not waiting till 2015 though. I'm not too keen on having a new car and that model only be new for 1 year before the 6th gen's roll out.
