Best Drag Radial

I have the ZL1 replica rims, 20x10 rear, what drag/street radial would be best on the track? I currently have 305 NT555Rs. Looking for something better when these wear out. I was thinking NT05Rs. I heard that MT ET Street would be good, but they don't make 20".

I run Mickey Thompson ET streets on mine. 305/35/20 on an 11" wheel. Great tire, but they're not cheap.

Why do the MT Streets say for auto transmission vehicles only?

Technically, they work better with an auto because it's less shock to the tire. A slick would work better with a manual. That being said, I run the ET Streets on both my manual cars.

The main reason they say that is because they do not like or recover from the shock of a m6 dumping the clutch. A bias ply tire will suck up the impact and recover much better than a radial tire. They will work great just don't shock them with a dump of the clutch, slip it out a little. I have a new set of 305/35/20 coming in the mail should be here for x-mas. Here is a good read that goes into further detail.
