Unlimited funds? A 2012 convertible camaro that has 1200+rwhp with 4:11 gears and it can be driven daily with no worries. A all stock car I would choose to run down the strip only? I would pick either a COPO 427 or a 1970 challenger 426

I think I am beginning to understand something I have felt for a while but not understood in words. I think I am beginning to understand its not the year of the car (newest) that matters to me most, but how they made the model year. Because no matter how they make a new year, there is just something that you cannot take a way from the 68-71 editions.

So true! Sometimes it's not the ultimate speed that does it. I used to drive Lambos and Ferarris but had the most fun on the back roads in an old Alfa Spyder.

New auto C7 Z06. That car is going to destroy many higher HP cars at the strip.
On drag radials and mine shaft air, that car is going to approach 10 flat.

I am surprised that vettes can launch effectively at all with the lack of weight they have.
