Give your dealership a call.. Ask to speak to the dealerships fleet manager or inventory control manager.......
Ask him if your order has been placed, and if not...see if they can tell you why not or if they know a date they will be placing it....

Yes its ashen gray, weird the only option I wanted is the suede and it's not showing, I hope wen it goes further in the process it will show the full options .
