Just getting an idea of what your guys procedure is with Zaino. I have a black SS....so I polish with every wash.....every 1 1/2 to 2 weeks....is that excessive?

As the owner of a black '99 SS, and a "Zainoite", IMO, you can never have too much Zaino on your car...black is a very tough and unforgiving color. That being said, its one of the best looking when clean.

As for your frequency, it won't do any harm, but you might consider using Z-6 after washings, and polish less often.

I generally wash my SS once a week on average, with a coat of Z-5 and Z-2 at least once a month. (It is not a daily driver) I will on occassion got out to the garage and add a coat just for something to do.

Adding coats will add protection and create an amazing finish. Just be sure to take your time...remember, every time you touch your paint, you're increasing the chance of creating "issues".

Agree with all of the above. Z-5 is the bomb! I use it about once a month on my daily driving trophy queen.
P.S. Moose is also the bomb IMO!!!!

yeah....mines not a daily drive either.....i usually do the z2 and z5 every wash....I''l just z 6 it next time.....do u ever use the z8?

wash every 2 wks, polish every 2 washes here. Just tried the Z-8 for first time, made a big improvement in shine and gloss. Thanks again to SAl Zaino!

I've used Z-8 as well, but I find Z-6 a little more "forgiving"...if used in excess, it won't leave as much "streaking" as Z-8 will. But both are great products.
