DIY L.E.D. Fog install...(Monster Pics included)

Ok...so!! I've looked around for a DIY L.E.D bulb fog install and
have not found one yet....so i'll make mine with pics!! so here i go!!!

The goods: L.E.D.s 9009 P13W H16 5502 DRL Bulbs

The tools: T20 torx bit/screwdriver

Step #1 Turn wheel facing outwards on side you working on (drivers side all the way to the right, passenger side all the way to the left)to remove three T20 screws inside the wheel well....

Step #2
After removing the t20 screws, pull wheel inner fender out to get access the fog fixture......

Step #3Twist connector to release bulb from housing and push the tab in the bottom of the conector to release bulb...

Step#4
Replace old bulb for the L.E.D bulb......and work your way back following steps "3" , "2", "1" to ...finish..

When I installed mine the bulbs did not seat all the way. Now I saw something about this before were they trimmed the bump that was supposed to clip but mine seem to just be thicker twards the bulb than the stock one's

option #2 is to just drive the car up on ramps and switch the lights out from underneath- no need to remove wheel well covers...

make sure the seal its seating all the way down..........i'm sure it will fit!! did you press the bottom of the connector to seat it properly?

no ramps needed!!! just pull the cover enough for you to twist and install the bulb....

lol..mine are from Autoillumination.com !!! i don't know where AAc is getting theirs from... i knew about Autoillumination.com from an audi and bimmer forum and i got some more leds for my bimmer a while before i got them for my ss .....

Yeah you can say yes. You can also post links to the bulbs . It's great to help other save a few bucks . Great looking lights for half the price. Got to love it!

Here you go........... http://autolumination.com/headlights.htm I used the 18 SMT Leds ones , i also think that if you use the 27 SMT 5050 Leds won't fit our fogs, they seem different.
