Onstar Nav Problem - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Recently my Onstar nav has stopped providing audio turn by turn directions when I have music playing. The music used to lower automatically and the nav voice would tell me where to turn. Now the music is still lowering but there is no nav voice. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Call onstar.

If I remember right it something like this; Hit the Onstar button and turn up the volume knob up. You can adjust the volume while it's actively speaking.

I may not 100% correct but, it along those lines. Haven't used onstar in months, a regular old gps is more useful to me.

When the music stops and their is silence when you would normally hear the voice directions turn the volume knob up.
