Tuning issue

Hey everyone, I am having issues with my cam tune.
Here is the short story:

When the 226/226 profile cams went in 5 months ago, despite the fact that the car was slow, I could drive my car around without any issues and NO error codes popping up for 2 months.
Once I got my 1st tune, which I'm pretty sure its the same tune as when Yellow_Glide had when his car was being tested with the 226/226 profile cams, the car got 30rwkw instant which is a GREAT bonus...BUT... there is an error code that has been popping up almost everyday for the past 3 months now and I have to delete it because once it pops up the car has enough power to drive to the side to delete it.
The error code is P2189 - System bank 2 running lean at idle.

I have received an updated tune almost 1.5 months ago which I was told they increased the fuel ratio into the engine when its sitting at idle.
BUT now the car stinks fuel, its dumping fuel which is a waste and the error code is still there.

I used an ELM bluetooth controller to get some readings from the Torque app and also the ScanXL pro app on windows, and here are the readings:

AFR: 14.7 at idle
MAF: 47-52cfm at idle
V.E.: 22% at idle

Are these idle readings correct?
Has anyone else had this issue and might know how to fix it?

My car is a Holden ve sv6, alloytec engine LY7 manual.

Any help is much appreciated.

Cheers,
Peter

Are these the first batch of Mave ones? Didn't they have to be grounded down some?

Hi Tulkas- is that correct on the AFR?!? I'm at mid 11s at idle.

Kjkj- The 226s in the LY7 did not have to be resized.

At idle that is correct.. Should be oscillating in the 14.68:1 range, depending on what cell you are in, afterstart enrichment etc. Your wide-open is mid 11's, not the idle

Tulkas: What are your long term fuel trims.. These are what would trip that code, most likely you are +10% or above on the LTrims on bank 2 (Passenger), and that is what is tripping the code. This can be from vacuum leaks, fuel pressure, etc.

Thanks for the reply, I did some logs but they look healthy.
I also did a exhaust system leak check but that came out healthy too.

Would you think that if the error code is ignored the ecu will popup something else?
