This is awesome. So you send them your headrest and they send it back...and it's only $50 for both???

I love this look and want to get it done ASAP!

Brad, first you need to take the covers OFF your headrests, then send them. Call the phone number on the previous post and talk to PAM, she has ALL the info there, and she is actually the person that runs the machine that does the work. Talk to her about the color you want, and any details. btw, its cheeper than $50.........depends where you are for the shipping, about 4-5 bucks EACH WAY. the actual embroidery was $20 TOTAL!

Awesome, thanks so much for the info.

Do I need to take the headrest off in order to remove the cover? I guess I could probably figure this out on my own, but since you did it already I'll just ask you.

YEP, you need to take them off. On EACH post of the headrest, pull it all the way up, you can see at the bottom near the seat, their is a release and it will come all the way off. the headrest may hit the roof to completely take it off. so just lean the seat forward and it comes right off. PEICE OF CAKE!!

My interior is black leather and I just want some blank headrests. I sent an e-mail out to GMPartsDirect with a question and it took a couple days to get a response. Well that was only to request a VIN number. If I just order two of these I will be good right? I just want to get some blank one so I can send them out to get embroidered.

92240091 Leather headrest (Driver or Passenger side); black. List Price $64.63 each, Discounted Price $38.31 each

Trailbreaker, PM tjd24 to VERIFY the part number you got. He already did EXACTLY what you are wanting to do, and he too has a black interior. he can hook you up.
