That tire is a 26.2" tall setup, where the SS came factory with 28.6" tall tires.
As pointed here this is how tall they are. I would know because this is the tire setup I have been running on my car, since back in July, 305 30 19 front and rears.

Did you tune the speedo? Or do you just deal with your mileage and MPH being off?

Cool most people who run this setup will only run it for racing anyway. Not on a daily driver

We first ran the 305/30/19 setup in the summer of 2009. It is the best wheel and tire package available for the 5th Gen. It lowers the car over an inch without altering the suspension geometry. A GM tech can connect to the ecm and enter the tire so,e or you can do it with a tune. It is nice to see the Camaro TEAM using my setup :-)
