the new Camaro won't be built overseas it will be built in the oshawa plant in Canada My Dad works there and there just have to turn over the plant to the zeta platform which allows gm to build front, rear, and all-wheel drive on this highly flexable platform and Its a safe bet it will be out before 2010 the reason it's taking the all so long is because the plant is making the buick and grand prix which are both front wheel drive so they have to plan out the set up of the plant and you can expect the camaro to be better than the mustang it always was and it would kill gm money wise to come out second best
SO CHIN UP IT WILL COME JUST MAKE SURE YOU CAN HOLD ON |

If Chevy does not release this car...I'm may have to jump ship from Bow Tie to Dodge if Chevy doesn't clean up their act. My family has been driving Chevy's way too long and lately, Chevy produced junk. And then the talk of a merger with Nissan. I have started a Camaro fund for 4 months now and if this car is not released. Challenger here I come. And GM, if you are reading this, I am one of many Chevy fans out there that are gonna and going to look at other Motor Companies for good stock horsepower(SRT-8, SRT-10 etc.) But I will never go Blue Oval, I'd rather travel in a horse and buggy. Please make this car into production soon. We can't wait forever, atleast I can't.

"Agreed. I bet it will be released sometime around then as well. Where's the 4th Concept Camaro? We have the silver one in Detroit, the red in LA, the Gold/blk racing stripe for transformers...but where's the 4th? I've only seen these 3."
Hear is a dark red Camaro, but take it with a grain of salt, I just found the same picture but the Camaro was blue. Possible photo shop... Attachment 120 |

Okay. They were photo shop then. Here's two of the three pix I've seen of the same Camaro. We at least know there's three...red, siver, bumble bee (which is probably completely hollow and fake seeing as though it doesn't even have calipers).

That's amazing. Thanks for resurrecting this one, Tag! I actually remember reading that article as well as all those facts. And of course, I remember thinking, "please make it the LS3"... Actually pretty impressive looking back how much of the speculation and fact is still true, and then of course, what isn't. Produced in Canada, not Australia, and the "base" engine is an advanced 3.6L V6 with 304 HP! Production is beginning in early 2009 as a 2010 model, we still have the IRS (thank you, GM!!), and there's STILL talk about a supercharged option...
