Anyone have experience with Paxton 1200SL kit on LS3?

My Novi 1200SL kit is ordered and hope to be installing soon. Has anyone had any experience with these systems? Went back and forth multiple times between this and the slp tvs2300. Obviously decided on Paxton. Any input?

Your going to Love it, it is the Same as the Vortech V3 part for part with the exception of the head unit.

On an L99 We made 537 RWHP With Headers and JRE Vortech upgrade kit which also fits the Paxton system.

We also used the Vortech version on Your SEMA Build and made 700 RWHP with JRE rough Idle cam, Headers and supporting fueling upgrades.

I have these down to a science, Check it out. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ghlight=PAXTON

Thanks Ted! That's very reassuring. I'm preparing my ls3 for some nice gains, hopefully. She will be getting bbk long tubes w high flow cats, zl1 fuel pump w adm module, and zr1 slp clutch kit. Already have the borla cat back on her now.

The LS3 will make about 40 More RWHP with the same set up as the L99 above.

Paxton is running a deal right now on the 1200, $1500.00 rebate. And from what I read there isn't much of a difference between the two and I'm really not too concerned because I'm not planning on maxing out the 1200.

I think for what I'm looking for, it's the best deal.

Your not going to have the bottom end power like you would have with the tvs2300 but it will sing after 3500-4000rpm.

They are telling me it starts to build power between 2000 & 2500rpm. I would be interested to see a dyno for a stock car to compare the curve.

It does start to build power at that rpm, its about 2lbs of boost by then. Compared to a 2300 though no comparison. I don't have a print out of the dyno sheet but I've seen an overlay of my car and another SS with a tvs2300 at the same boost level.

please stop it..

if you enjoy going fast, buy the centri. If you are one of those guys that enjoys blowing tires off and being slow, buy the 2300.
