Are the Goodyears Noisy when its Cold?
I went to test drive a 1 owner 5,010 mile 2015 ZL1 yesterday. Very nice car but there was an excessive amount of "road noise" coming from the back of the car. It started about 40mph. The temperature was 46 degrees. After the road test I did notice the air pressure was 28psi only. Is this normal for the F1's? Would low tire pressure add to the road noise? The car is completely stock, never modified and in pristine condition. Clean service history report. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated before I decide to buy it or not. Thank you all in advance.

That is pretty chilly for those tires and that pressure is low for sure. Probably would add to the sound, I'm guessing.

I dunno. I've been driving mine in ambient temps between 30 and 50, and the tires sound no different than in 80 degree weather. Maybe it's the diff. I think a few people had warranty replacement diffs because of excessive noise.
