Mail slot opinions

I think that the mail slot should have been in the the hood rather than the bumper cover. agree or disagree?

disagree... the slot was on the bumper cover with the concept. . . Every time GM talked to a enthusiest about the car... 90% said "don't change a thing. We want THIS Camaro, not a water downed one."

Disagree. I like it where it is -- I just wish it were a functional slot.

Chevy made the perfect choice on location for the mail slot. It's current location helps make the SS how the Ram Air hoods made the 98-02 TA WS6's.

Personally, I don't car for the slot in any location. If it actually served a function, and was not just an aesthetic item, it might be a different story.

I think it's just fine. Not too high and not too low. the postman shouldn't have a problem at all.

I like the cowl hood look, I think they should have just made an option for a cowl induction flap or something. I know it wouldn't be all that functional but it would look awesome. I kind of like the mailslot in the fascia, don't really think it would look right on a cowl hood to have a slot at the front also.

I can take it or leave it. It serves no purpose. I would just as soon not have it at all.
