Oh and one more tid bit. It appears they used 3 different jacks to get the car up.

Thats just it........they left the jacks. The Sheriff called and asked if the Range Rover jack was under my car to let him know. The owner of the Range Rover would like his jack back.

They left a tool bag behind that was from a Range Rover. The Sheriff said he was going to drive around and look for a Range Rover as he suspected they would be without wheels as well. Turns out he was right.

Holy cow. I missed that piece of it. I saw some of the tools or something in the picture, but I didn't get the impression there were any jacks left. Why not just leave it jacked up with the jacks under it? Crazy.

The Sheriff didn't seem to interested in any CSI type activity. But with 3 jacks and the big plastic nut that holds the tools in the Camaro being unscrewed in the trunk, someone touched a lot of stuff.
