Don't know the circumstances, but generally Andy is very good and answers a lot of calls -- he is VERY busy (I live about 10 minutes from his shop so I can attest to how busy he is). I believe Saturdays are generally for customer pick-ups so ADM uses Saturdays for catch-up. I will say ADM will not tune a car if 'others' have installed parts or modified it. If ADM installs them, then of course they tune it.

Not making excuses, just think there may be more details that are not known...
