I prefer to drive on the street with them unless it's raining. Street tires don't hook very well with 700+ hp.

I've been looking around and think im going to go with the nt05r's.. was going to try the nt555r's but they do not come in a 315 and last time I checked the mt's didn't even come in a 20.. maybe I overlooked or maybe looked at the wrong tire?

You can get MT's in a 20. Best if you're going to be really racing on 20's and not on the street much with them. But if you need something that will get you home in a rainstorm, go with Nitto 555r's.

But MT's are best at the track, just wouldn't use them on the street (except on dry days).

I had the best luck with M&H racemasters, but nobody runs them on here that I've found. M/T's definitely seem to be the hot ticket for Camaros and CTS-V's.

my buddy has M&h on his 10 second challenger and says theyre better than M/T and Nittos on the track. im still very happy with my Nitto555r's. driven from florida to north carolina twice on them so far through all sorts of weather and no issues

I`m going with the Nitto`s to get the 315 look, love the wide tire look and mine is just for the street. No track here, just fun in the sun..

Just got to test the MTs yesterday on a 700 rwhp ZL1, all I can say is omg, this thing is so super awesome, it gave me a perma grin, I don't care if I have to by a set every 9k, its so fantastic ^_^
I never lost traction, even when I hammered the peddle to went like a rocket.

Been running NT05's and they hooked well until I went SC.
Rubber is way to hard, off a dead stop I spin 1st thru 4th. Even on a 30 mph roll she still spins. Will definitely be trying
the M/T .

I run MT when I want to hook and Nitto when I want to spin.
