What if Doc Brown had given up due to expense and alot of work. . .?

*love the HUD, too early for my own install, but I'm sure when I'm ready for it, the info will still be available.

*internet bro fist to those that modded it*

I feel the need.... the need for speed.
OK, run off the end of a carrier deck and see if it flies!

OK, I'm the first person to bitch and moan when they install and/or mandate some stupid item on our vehicles. Trust me, I'm either first or second in that line everytime!

Anyway, the HUD is not a gimmick... it is how driving SHOULD be. And by that I don't mean mandate, I mean eventually all cars will have it because it is just better. It is an improvement over the current conventional gauges.

Not a gimmick... like sensors that go off right before you back into a brick wall (because I'm too lazy to figure out how to park myself).

Not a gimmick... like 3D movies that have a reprise every 10 or so years.

Not a gimmick!

i'm actually surprised this many people have done it. such a labor intensive process, would require much patience!
