boost seems to be the only way to beat these motors into producing some tangible power.

Still not sold on the turbo kit. It's pricey, and frankly the location of the turbo concerns me for a daily driver all-weather car like mine is. Unless there's ice on the roads I'm takin it. Flooding.. snowing.. my car is the ups man of vehicles... and I think the turbo's location is a little concerning for that, and a number of other reasons.

Was looking at the TVS2300 stage 1. about $6500 plus install (probably $2k to install..).. a heavy pill to swallow since it has to be done all at once, but n/a these motors can't seem to do it without sacrificing something.
Can't really compare numbers from a stalled L99 A6 to an LS3 M6. Rockit's running 11's with the link you posted. An M6 with identical mods would be lucky go break 12.3.

My cam + bolt-ons that dynoed 424 ran 11.6. It'll take an M6 460+ to keep up with me.

11s with less than 400wtq? in a 4000 pound car?

Well, honestly I'd probably be ok with his numbers (bugged by the wtq tho.. honestly.) but I wouldn't be getting those numbers as I have no plans for an UD pulley, a Tstat change, a catback, or a stall that high.

The only thing that kept me from 11's with 376 dynoHP was weather and time.

I was at 12.1's with CAI, JBA shorties, JBA high-flow cats, drag radial on 18's, 3200 stall, and tranny-only tune.

Understand the advantages of an A6 and play to your strengths.

It is still open. We extended it a few more days. If you have issues with it, PM me.

How late will it be open? I need to get home and get settled before I make a final decision. 4-5 more days would give me plenty of time to do so. Will it be open that much longer?

Yes, most of the show is at the Marriott Northwest. We usually go on a cruise to a speed shop and I think it's Hunter Performance this year. Usually a dinner cruise to a local restaurant too, but not mandatory.

Probably going to close it this weekend, sunday night likely.
