My wife and I are going to the Newark show. We will be there between9:30 and 10. It would be great if we could have all the club members together.

Don't worry too much about prep for the show, just go and have fun. Since I drive mine every day I really can't keep it very clean, and it is stock but it is still fun to go to the shows.

We just got home from a local show , really sunny & hot , But we had a good time , Meeting new pepole , Got to meet Don Holton , he maintains his website http://holtononline.com/carshows.html for the car shows . My Daughter & son-inlaw got home Friday afternoon from San Diego CA.So they got to go to the car show with us , that was really nice..

We did pretty good for awards today also

3rd -- place for Best Paint

2nd-- place for Best 1981 to Present

1st -- place for Best Engine Bay

It is coming from Niagara, NY so it will most likely be making a trip east bound on the thruway. It has to be here this week.

Congrats to Linda and Jeff on the awards!!!

It was nice to have some members come in for a show in my hometown and have one go home with something to show. Linda took one of the adult choice awards and one of the kids choice awards. We all came home with visions of gchambery's black ZL1, thanks for showing up Greg.

The organizer told us that if we showed up with 10 or more club members next year, that we would get a 40% discount on the entry fee, and if we let him know we were coming ahead of time that they would block of an area for us. The show is May 19th next year.
