the right way is to remove the bumper they can be pulled out with out pulling the bumper out but yu def risk breaking a tab that way
sorry this was for paint not the disassembly we will be doing a step by step for thaking the rear bumper down soon as the weather clears here |

Must DO
I did mine with gloss black and gloss clearcoat (on top of adhesion promoter). Turned out absolutely fantastic. It is amazing how much better the car looks. Intstead of being distracted by the chrome bezels you are drawn to the nice lines of her tail.
