Hey everyone. I was looking for some help with my rear led bowtie. Any help or guidance is very much appreciated.

So the other night I noticed that half of my bowtie was not illuminated. The next day I checked my connections and everything was okay. So my question is, has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone know how to open it and fix it?

(I already asked about a replacement through AAC but that's put of the question since I bought it second hand from a forum member over a year ago.)
