It will definately fit. But if they are in good shape, consider selling them. I saw a set of just side skirts on ebay for $300. That's what I'm planning on doing. I'm going to sell my side skirts and just buy lowering springs since I need to replace my shocks and struts anyways.

they fit, yes, (unless the 6er is older than a 98, in that case the front wont fit, but the rest will) they look good, yes (at least to me) but you can leave your car as it is if they are in good shape and sell them separate from the 6er and make another $300-500 depending on the condition of them, to spend somewhere else. that is what im saying.
also, consider this:
i dont know what color the cars are, but if they are not the same color, you are going to have to get them painted and paint isnt that cheap.

well, as i said, the front wont fit as far as i know, but the sides and back will.
i have seen them without the front but with the rest, and it doesnt look too bad, but it is all a matter of opinion

Yes they look very good on 4th gens. As stated above, as long as your v6 is at least a 1998, it will fit the 1998 Z28. If the V6 is older than a 98, the sides and back will fit, but not the nose piece. Attached are pics of my 98 V6 with factory ground effects. The nose piece was missing when I bought the car, so I replaced it with a Xenon piece.
