I can't buy a car that has any angles, that in my opinion, look bad. This area of the new Camaro looks terrible to my eye. I don't care if it has 1000 horsepower and runs a 5 minute lap at the 'Ring.
Just look how much better the same angle of a Gen5 Camaro looks.

Although, must admit that the ZL1 1LE looks pretty damn menacing in red... best looking one I've seen thus far. Btw, on the 3rd page there is a pic of his red Z/28 and ZL1 1LE next to each other.
http://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=505394 @ 2010RedSS.... how do the 2 compare?

ZL1 is a bit harsher on the highway, particularly in Michigan....lol.....but that is ok and actually what I'm hoping for once it gets on the track. Wasnt that bad on the drive home, enjoyed it! Will have much more after I get it broke in and on the track!

This brings me to the lack of uniformity in the 6Gen's design you mention. I believe the top crease on the rear quarter and the top line of the front fender as they both move to the door give the impression of a choppy design. The 5Gen has a beautiful cohesive flow from the front fender to the door and the rear quarter towards the door. It most definitely resembles the 1Gen Camaro. The 6Gen appears as though the front and back are 2 separate designs.

The ZL1 looks bad A for sure, but the rear end (especially looking at it straight on) doesn't quite work for me. It seems out of proportion. Don't know. Might just be me.
