The speed limited is because of the tires that come on the SS'S and the LT's with the RS package and it is 155 mph NOT 150.

You would think the rs package would have nice polished out chrome wheels instead of making them darker the rs package was a must for me only thing that had me sold were the headlights I did not wanna be driving around with the ugly yellow looking headlights with no halos, sorry and no offense to anyone

RS Package Daily Driver
I live in New England and bought a convertible as my daily driver. The dealer I went to only had a convertible with the RS package. I thought wow, cool lights, cool rims. I didn't realize that the tires were summer tires. I immediately had to buy new rims with snow tires. Also, those expensive summer tires tend to wear out quickly. I would have been better off with All Season tires that wear better. I bought a V6 so I am not looking for optimal performance. If I had it to do over again I would have not have bought the RS package. I do really like those lights though.
