New Fast List - (Stock L99 A6 only) - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I would like to announce a new fast list. It's a stock L99 A6 1/4 mile fast list. It's on the main page with the other fast lists (Stock, Bolt Ons, NA Internal Mods, Forced Induction).

I've had interest from L99 owners to start an L99 A6 only fast list for stock vehicles.
The L99 A6 uses a slightly different engine (less HP), a different transmission, and weighs a little more than the LS3 M6.

As time goes on, its becoming apparent that the LS3 M6 is dominating the stock 1/4 mile list. There's only 1, L99 A6 in the top 10 and its number 10. And there's only a small number of L99s in the entire top 30.

So this new list will give stock L99 A6 owners a better chance of making a fast list.

The modified lists will stay mixed (L99 and LS3) for now because they are very competitive once modded.

Now we just need some L99 A6 owners to post up their fast times. As mentioned, in the past many L99 A6 owners didn't bother posting up their times, because they knew they wouldn't quite make the Fast List (slower than 13.1s).

Hopefully this will encourage more L99 A6 owners to post up their times.

Thanks for creating this seperate list. It is much apprecaited...

As soon as the tracks open around here in early March, I plan to bring my L99 car to its first outing...

I raced my 2011 Camaro 2/ss/rs Automatic L-99 motor at the bradenton speedway last month with my local Camaro club & My best Time was 13.498 seconds at 106.24 M.P.H witha reaction time of .685 & the only mods I have are cold air intake from C.A.I & a Axle back system from SLP "THE LOUDMOUTH" I did this run on Bald stock tires so I'm sure I've could of did better but it was my First time on a quarter mile track....
