You can install the HOD bulbs from AAC. They're white - and don't require you to do a projector-retrofit either.

And will catch his car on fire. Great idea. How many more posts are we going to see about people getting their wires melted because of those stupid bulbs Until AAC stops selling them??

How many "bulbs getting fire" threads have you seen? And that's out of how many sets of the bulbs that AAC has sold?

The OP asked a question, I answered him. I told him how he could get the white HID look without having to do a projector-retrofit.

AAC might be hit or miss, but not a bad company, just needs better quality control in my opinion.

Everyone has their own companies they prefer to get HIDs from. I've used DDM tuning in the past, however they have recently moved their operations to China. There is also Xentec. I've heard decent things about them but never used them.

Just try to research and see what you come up with, who you like, what color HID you want.
I had xentec on my previous car for 2 years and didnt have a problem with them.

There have been at least 10 threads posted with people loosing one side just to find all te wiring melted and even the plastic connector was melted. Sounds like something I'd want on my car.

op get whatever set or whatever hid setup you want. In the end it's your car. Like the one said you don't have to get projectors unless you want to.

So he can have illegal lights that blind everyone unless you aim them straight down so the driver can't see anything?? Alot of colorblind people actually get blinded completely by glare kits. Projectors are required for a reason.
