I can remember seeing the promo for this camaro on a magazine cover a couple years back & thinking WOW, if they do make it look like that I've got to get one. Then the last week of May after leaving work, I drove by a dealer that had a black Camaro sitting out front & I nearly caused a pileup on the highway! Once I got home, I called my cousin, who works at a local dealer & started the process for me ordering one. On June 1st, I ordered it. CGM - 2LT/RS - black interior. I didn't get the SS because I knew I'd be parked along the side of the road with flashing lights behind me all the time. Anyway, I've been a chevy owner actually a Cavalier owner for the last 5 cars I've owned. Now, thanks to Viz, I've moved to 3400 8/10/09. This longest summer of my life at the Jersey Shore is nearly over. THANK GOD!!! Thanks for building this AWESOME car, I think everyone in my life will be happy when the car arrives because they won't have to hear what status it is today.

I was thinking that only the people who ordered thier Camaro's were getting them, so there is still a chance for me. I was lucky enough to walk into a dealership and fall in love with the one they had on the floor. I never thought I would have this beautiful car in my driveway but I do!!! Thanks to all the GM employees for making this car.

You guys did an awesome job on my camaro. The camaro is the only car I have ever gone nuts for. I would lie if i said the movie transformers had nothing to do with it, I must admit part of it did. But im so happy with my Camaro and I always get compliments! Even the CEO of the company I work for was very impressed with my Camaro So for you giving out the litho's to some of us, that's very of you. I would love get one someday, maybe off ebay

Continue doing the great job all of you are doing building these cars under (I am sure) a ton of pressure and that is all I could ever ask!
My mother worked for GM at the parts distribution warehouse for western Canada in the late 50s and 60s and told me about how she and the other ladies that worked there would put notes in the boxes for the new dealerships parts counters welcoming them and providing a way for them to feel a part of the GM family. I am glad that the company she worked for is keeping up the spirit, even in "the new GM" and want to congratulate all of you for the awesome job you do building this great car! - SK

That's really cool of you! I'm impressed that you'd take that on by yourself. Not going to beg for one, but can you post a picture of what one looks like? I've heard of them but haven't seen any pictures on the forum.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for everything that you and the Camaro Build Team do for all our Camaros. And thanks again for telling everyone about my 2SS IBM RS Auto coming down the line on Monday. When I lecture about excellent customer service in my Business classes next month, I'll be sure to mention you and the Camaro Build Team. Thank you very much. Best Wishes, Rockies4 currently at 3400 |

Hi Mike - What you're doing is priceless. Can you imagine what something like that would be worth today if someone took the initiative back in '69 like you're doing today? I love these type of things. Very, very cool! I also want to thank you and your co-workers for making such a fantastic car. I've never seen this kind of excitement over a modern car. I'm 39 years old and can't help but imagine what it was like when all the muscle cars of the 60's coming off the line was like. I bet it had this kind of excitement.
