The Akira movie should be awesome. . . I'm a little frightened about the Tron kid being cast though, Tron Legacy was just terrible.

From what I've gleaned over some years, these pokemon slave creatures do their human masters' bidding in gladiatorial contests. The world appears to be Earth. What happened to all the animal life? Did these pokemon monsters drive it to extinction, or was it the humans?
