I bought the PLX Kiwi wifi device to plug into the OBD2 port under
the dash. It hooks up my IPhone wirelessly to the OBD2 perameters
in the car. I bought the Rev2 app from ITunes. Now it comes on when
I get into the car and displays up to 200+ different guages on my IPhone.
I have it monitoring Vacuum/boost, Fuel pressure, Throttle position,
Timing advance and RPM's all on the same screen. It eliminated having to
put mechanical guages in the car and the headache of drilling holes in my precious interior. Also when the phone rings, it still comes up on the
stereo, and when you hang up, it goes right back to the guages.
You can also check trouble codes and clear them from the IPhone.
This thing is unbelievable.
