My experience with these ebay lights is they start to leak after a while. Nothing worse than water intrusion and corrosion going on after a bit of time. I guess if you got them, make sure to seal them in any place that water can get in.

LED tailights are something I want to do, but I want to do it myself. They look great tho.

I would be concerned with them being street legal because they do not have reflectors in them, but I don't know how strict the laws are in Puerto Rico are about that.

I just bought a set of these in black this past weekend. Waiting for them to arrive. I have been a little concerned by the 'reflective' issue on them (i.e. the lack of reflective strip). What I am probably going to do is buy some red reflective tape and put a small strip along the top or bottom of each tail light to make them legal.
