Camaro5 Fest is a huge get together that occurs once per year. Its where hundred of owner and many vendor meet up at a specific location. Owners spend some cash on mods and the vendors will give great discounts and sometimes even install the parts for you. I believe they do some auto cross/drag strip kind of stuff. Just think of it has a huge 3 day party. I thought last year it was held in Indiana and I thought it is being held at the same location this year as it was last year.

It is a blast! Lots of Camaro 5 comrads, Chevrolet/Camaro execs, vendors all having one great big party with lots of Camaro-related fun activities. Be there or be square!

In its most simple terms, Camaro5 Fest is an annual car show & racing event organized by the staff of Camaro5.com. This year it is in Indianapolis Indiana the first weekend of August (Friday the 2nd & Saturday the 3rd, plus 'overflow socializing' on the 1st & 4th)

A vendor alley, which is home to a few dozen of the vendors who you encounter on Camaro5 regularly, will be on hand to show off their wares and answer questions you have, and perhaps make a few sales in the process. Additionally, GM will be in attendance with several members of the Camaro team who are always happy to answer any questions you may have about the car and will almost certainly have a few of their 'special' Camaros in attendance: in the past, we've had the SSX Concept, Bumble Bee from FT2, the 1st public 45th Anniversary Special Edition, and a Nation Wide Stock Car -among many others. The GM tent is usually co-located with the Camaro5 Staff/Information booth.

There is 2 full days of racing scheduled, Camaro-cross and drag racing. Classes should range from stock V6 to all out monsters that resemble stock Camaros in little more than sheet-metal & VIN number.


Most importantly, it is about the people. Young and old, owning 10 Camaros or saving up for your first, we all share a common bond. And its that bond which draws us to Camaro5 Fest each year, no matter where it may be.
