Driving with DVD playing
Anyone who had a DVD player indash ever drive with a movie playing?
I had mine bypassed so I can have one playing with the vehicle in gear. I have driven with a movie playing so my wife and kids can watch a movie and I just get to listen to it and keep my eyes on the road. Anyone else do this too? |

illegal in most if not all states. Which is probably why the system won't let one play while the car is in gear.

i only put something on when another person is in so they can watch. Dont really do it when im driving alone. The bypass is a good feature to entertain pasengers though!

In my Tacoma, I used to put in a DVD so that passengers can watch while on a road-trip. While driving by myself, however, I wouldn't.

I have it in my avalanche and have the bypass.
I recorded song videos onto dvds (instead of just the songs them selfs) then I can listen to it and it also entertains the passengers.
