How much faster are 18" vs 20" Drag Radials?

How much of an advantage are getting 18" wheels with drag radials vs 20" with drag radials?
Has anyone tried both and compared time slips?
I've got 750hp. Manual transmission.

Don't waste your money on either. With that hp and M6 you need slicks and skinnies. I cut 0.6 off my 60' when I switched.

Really
I forgot to mention that I have Goodyear F1 Supercars on right now.
A drag Radial has to be better than those?
And I will be driving with them on wherever I go.

You won't make it far in the rain unless you run the Nitto 555r. Good luck hooking that on the street. You need Mickey Thompsons if you want to hook on the street at all and you won't be driving them in the rain.

I was 748rwhp before this last round of mods. For daily driving duty, I'm still on the stock sized P-Zeros (for now). I'm ordering a set of tires in a couple of weeks but haven't decided on which ones this time. I'll likely be going with a 305 or larger for the rear this time around.

On the strip a buddy of mine and I are both cutting the same types of 60' times on 325/45/17 M&H drag radial, 315/35/20 NT05R's and 275/40/20 P-Zeros. I'm seriously considering getting a 15" setup and calling it a day.

Drag radials just don't cut it on a high hp stick car slicks are a must and a double edged sword ,can't dump it for fear of breaking ,but can leave harder and higher than the drag radial , just have to learn what it likes and not try and break it lol

They were ok....

Next set are going to be MT ET Street R's. I'm trying to decide on doing the 15" conversion now so I can get a better bite.

I'm sure slicks would be better, but there are other things that have to be done in order to run them and I'm broke after my motor rebuild.

I won't be driving the drag radials everyday on the street. Just to and from the track.
What I want to know is how much did you guys gain from going to 18" from 20" DR's when drag racing?
Drag Radials should be better than my F1 Supercars on the track.
2010SSRSM6 says about the same. Beautiful looking red car by the way.

To answer your original question, 18s are much better than 20s. The right 18s are much better than the wrong 18s.

It's night and day difference going from my 315/35R20 pilot super sports to my 18 et streets, went from spinning the 20s in a 3rd gear roll to dead hooking on the 18s from where ever

And got caught in the rain a few times just don't drive fast you'll be fine

So which ones do you say are right vs wrong?
I was thinking of getting Nitto NT05R's?
And does anyone have experience knowing how much time going to 18's will shave off ET?
