the work was done at a GM dealership (stepfather)
the only parts I needed:

1x 992694 additive sps... 4.89$ (canadian)
1x 22813040 (gears)..... 392.50$
1x 92230584 joint et ar ... 16.08$
1x 89021678 gears lub sps... 8.84
and 5 hours of work

I got a chance to push the car a little harder today. First gear is fun. I would imagine a couple tenths off of my 60ft time at the track. Im not too good at slipping the clutch out of the hole so the gears will definitely help. The car feels much lighter.

how much rwhp do you have? were you able to get through the 1/4 in 3rd? if so you will need to hit fourth now.....

what else is needed? maybe shims, maybe not. really depends how many miles the car has and how it looks coming apart.

I got roughly 33k on my car. I hate to by the minimum and need more stuff. Im new to this whole thing. Just trying to find the most cost saving way to do this but still do it the right way.

the nice thing about having the dealer do it is they are equipped with whatever they might need without having to buy a kit with extra stuff you may not need.
