1LE or not
I have first refusal on the first 1LE coming to the local dealership anyday now.
Wondering how many of you owners would buy the 1LE again if you had it to do over. If so, why ? Are you satisfied with straight line performance ? I ask because around here Mustang GT's seem to have the straight line advantage, especially the automatics. Thanks. |

I traded in a 2012 5.0 for my 2013 1LE, and have yet to look back.

Jc's right. We knew what our cars were capable of before we bought them. I believe most of us ordered and waited for the 1LE. It was not meant to be a drag car. It will carve up a road course however. Also, yes I would certainly buy this vehicle again. Best bang for the buck.

Not to mention it's said the 1LE will do 0-60 in 4.3 and the 1/4 in 12.7 I don't think anyon here has made this happen but it's quick none the less...did the 1/4 just as fast as the 5.0 with the track package in one of the video reviews too if I'm not mistaken

1LE is the best bang for your buck, and I would have bought it a while back instead of my 13 Mopar at the time if I knew quick it was. None the less, it's a sure thing I would do it all over again...

Duh..! Of course, go for the 1LE. It's a no brainer IMHO. And, I'm a former '11 2SS/RS driver. I even have to say that I honestly enjoy this car more than my '07 Z06.

But you also need to remember that the 12.7 Motor Trend squeezed out of the 1LE hasn't been duplicated. And it's also the best time ever attained by a new Camaro in any test period. Where as mid-high 12's is pretty much the norm for new 5.0's in most tests done by reliable sources.
