The last time we did this the event was a pretty long day. It was a ton of fun, but I think a lot of people were tired and were ready to get home. I wouldn't be opposed of grabbing some dinner after the laps with some people, but there isn't anything officially planned.

Dean Thompson, one of the founders of the 9/11 foundation, has put out a release to a lot of the grapevine media outlets. We will just have to see what happens, but it never hurts to remind them if you want to shoot out an email. I have a feeling we will see someone at the foundation.

Saturday, September 11, 2010

Our track time is 5:30 pm and will need to be their at 4:15 pm for group picture.

The schedule will be as follows:

12:00-2:00 pm - We will meet at Classic Chevrolet on 9/11 to organize and YES ... FREE FOOD.

2:00 pm - Head out to the memorial

2:15 to 3:30 pm - Organize the cars, take group photos, watch our brick get put in the ground, and celebrate the lives of our lost loved ones

3:30 pm - Head out to TMS for our track time at 5:30 pm (FIRST GROUP ON THE TRACK)

3:50 pm - Large .. Very Large group PHOTO
