Exclamation LS3 conversion trouble

Hello from Russia!
Sorry for my English)
Two years ago I made the conversion v6 to v8 with supercharger prochardger. A year has passed, everything is fine!
Now it's time to strengthen the engine, and we do ls3 conversion.
Replace/install:
1. Texas DOD / AFM Delete Kit
http://www.texas-speed.com/p-717-dod...elete-kit.aspx
2. Pushrod lunati 7048-16
3. Comp cam plaser limiter kit 5460
4. Comp cams 13702
5. Lifters Comp cams 850-16

VVT decided to leave. Camshaft from 2009 Escalade l9h engine. It is the same as at l99, with VVT but without DOD.
After assembly, there was a problem - the engine is not stable. Two cylinders from each side are shut off, like during DOD, no discharge.
What could be the problem?
What to do with the channels which stayed in L99 block?
