I have a 2011 SS that has the same problem too. The coolant in the overflow tank has slowly gone down ever since the car was brand new. As a rough estimate, I think I have to add about 1/2 quart every 2,000 miles.
There is no evidence of a coolant leak. No coolant smell anywhere, nothing on the ground, no moisture on passenger side carpet, engine oil has always looked great, etc. I pressure checked the cooling system back in 2014 and it held the pressure fine. I'm not too concerned about it anymore. I've heard people say the Dexcool evaporates over time compared to the conventional green coolant and other Camaro/Corvette owners have reported the same thing on their LS powered cars.
