I almost always use the volume buttons on the steering wheel, so I don't have this issue.

Every Camaro does not have the radio controls on the steering wheel, mine does not.

It's part of the Convenience and Connectivity Package I think.

Neither does the 1LT like I have or the 1SS, I think you do have to get the connectivity package on those. which is also where you get the Bluetooth capability. I think it is only standard on the 2LT and 2SS.

Joking, joking. I 'd rather hear the roar of my LTs instead of the radio/ cd. Can't say I won't blast out Elvis, Beatles or whatever along the way though.

All I can say is that my knob didn't fall off with the heat!

Hope you manage to get a resolve. Maybe you could look for a replacement radio on eBay. I saw one sell for $25 a couple of weeks ago. If it's just a knob you need, it doesn't matter if the radio works or not. Just a thought.

The radio and the knob itself work fine its just the rubber covering around the knob that fell off

Maybe you should stop rubbing your knob so much? Or being rough with it?

His is a 2010, yours is a 2011, his probably has seen more heat than you have yet to see. Give it another summer.
