Iggee/Clazzio seat covers for 2LT?

Wanting to protect the original leather seats so I've been looking at either Iggee or Clazzio seat covers. I like the look of the all black leather so colors are not an issue. I have seen various things with Calzzio that they only work with cloth seats. I'm not sure if that has to do with the fit or the functionality. I'm guessing it has more to do with the airbags ability to deploy through the various layers but I don't know.

I've searched the threads and online and found reviews and pictures but not much specifically related to either of these being used over the factory leather seats. Any thoughts or input?

Just in case it helps someone else... The Clazzio web site says that for any Chevrolet product it only works with cloth seats. They use a different stitching that is supposed to breakaway when the side airbags are deployed. My best guess is that they deploy with enough force to break through with the cloth seats but not the leather. I did email 3 different sellers of the Clazzio seats on eBay, one told me they wouldn't work and the other 2 told me they fit fine. I personally don't want to take the chance of finding out if they would work. Iggee uses velcro on the side so Iggee it is.
