Any muffler shop can do it. Why don't you do it yourself and save some $?

If you go with a dealer go with Superior Chevy - goods guys to work with. They installed my MRT v2 way back when.

If you want to go into KC area I'd go with Tallant's. This is were I went to get my work done. Fair price and excellent service. Here is their link http://www.tallantsauto.net/

What kind of system are you putting on? If you're just doing a muffler delete the cheapest way is to take it to a muffler shop and have it welded in, no sense in wasting money on an aftermarket muffler delete kit. I paid $200 for mine at a shop in Lawrence, could probably be done cheaper and the workmanship was sub-standard. I can't point you to any good shops in the KC area though, the guy I normally use lives out on a gravel road near Osage City, KS (Boondock Mufflers). He's really good but out of the way for you.
