And you don't need any specific clear coated rim cleaner, but a dedicated wheel cleaner will be safe. I've been using Chemical Guys V7 to seal it but you can use many paint sealants on your wheels since they're clear coated similar to your paint. Don't expect as much longevity though due to the heat and how much abuse your rims take with road dust, dirt, debris, etc...
