You should email these guys and tell them you were going to buy but not after what they did to this guy in Germany. Maybe then they will do something?

That'll be great!

seemingly - after countless attempts - those guys are not quite keen on answering customer complaints, maybe a good way to point them to here

BFXenon from the Forum here has sayd he will call FR (he deals with this wheels so he must have an good Connection to FR), hope he can clear any things. I wait impatiently for good news.
I hope FR can make me at least one specially discount or specially price for 3 new Wheels, I have never said i will 3 Wheels for free but i have not the monay for an new complete Set, and at this time i had no chance to talk with FR to negotiate about it.

I hold you up to date , and thanks for all the PNs with the nice words to the encouragement , i try to remain optimistic

Best regards to all
Blacky

Wah... bad thing.

I know Blacky in person. He is a real good guy and he was the first one here who designed and produced the first concept style diffusor and concept taillights here.

He has a woman and 2 kids at home and not enough money buy a second set of wheels and export them to Germany. I guess you cant imagine how expensive this would be.

Factory Reproductions shame on you guys.

You can kill a father of a family with that shit you produced there.

I cant believe Factory Rep would let this issue be ok. FR should be in good faith and replace the wheels for there customer.Bad customer service with product issue's = BAD COMPANY. please keep the thread updated.
