factory v8 springs on a v6???

Ive seen some v8s in person and they look lower than the v6.

Do the 2 models use the same springs, and if not, has anybody put the stock v8 springs on the v6? will it lower a v6 to the v8 height?

I was told there are only 2 sets of coils for the entire Camaro line. With that said, you can have as much as a 1/2 inch difference in heiights from one SS to another.

I did the swap on a buddies LT. It makes a slight difference. I suggest if you're going through the hassle, spend $250 on some drop springs.
